Support beyond EOL

Drupal community support has come to an end

ComputerMinds will continue working with Drupal 7 sites.

Although Drupal 7 is considered an End Of Life product and no longer has security support from the Drupal community - only private vendors. We are happy to continue developing your site, and can help you get a security support package in place.

Time since the original EOL announcement has flown, and you’ll need to start thinking about the long term plan for your Drupal 7 site if you haven't already. You need to consider whether you require a Drupal 7 maintenance plan or an upgrade to latest Drupal, to ensure that you still benefit from all that Drupal has to offer.

We ❤️ Drupal 7. For over ten years we built and maintained a huge variety of sites, and are happy to continue doing so.

While community support is ending, there are paid support options available through some key larger suppliers - with a range of price points attractive to smaller sites less willing to go through an upgrade at this time. See the summary on drupal.org

Security updates

In order to ensure that your Drupal 7 site remains robust and secure, it is necessary to keep everything up-to-date and fix any bugs in your code as and when they become apparent.

The good news is that, with a security maintenance partner in place, much of the hard work is sorted.
